Third Party Data Sharing

By submitting your order to My Family House, you consent for us to share your details with our couriers/other subcontractors for the sole purpose of delivering your order.​  Similarly, staff within the our office and warehouse will also have access to your data in the process of order fulfillment.  

Where necessary we may have to exchange information with third parties, such as HMRC, where legally obligated.  

Our website provide, EKM, hold customer data in accordance with our website policy.

We use a third party marketing automation company who have access to our email mailing lists.  They are GDPR compliant and your data is legally protected by them and only used by My Family House to inform you of relevant business information such as trade shows we are attending or new products we are getting.  You are subscribed to our mailing list for one of the following reasons: you are currently, or have been previously, a customer of My Family House or you are registered as a customer on our website.

Under no circumstances do we sell, exchange or rent your personal information with any third party for any reason.
