Return Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

To report any damages or errors please contact us with photos within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Any returns must be dispatched back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Any items received back after this time may not be eligible for a refund.

To request a cancellation please let us know within 1 hour of purchase.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is as a result of an error on our behalf or a damaged item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
