Prices

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, and are inclusive of VAT. All prices are correct at time of publication. Prices are subject to change with immediate effect. 

Returns / Damages

We must be notified of any breakages or shortages within 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) of receipt of goods.

Any returns must be returned and re-packed in their original packaging, suitable for delivery.  We can only offer credits on items received as sold.

Descriptions

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided, the majority of items are hand-made from natural materials, and may vary slightly from details or colours specified. All measurements given are approximate.

Discounts

Only one discount can be used per order. A discount may not be used in combination with other discounts unless specified. Discounts used do not qualify nor count towards your cart value in order to qualify for shipping discounts.
