We have a wide selection of wall masks and freestanding animal masks in our shop in a range of colours and shapes, including zebras, giraffes and gazelles. 

The masks come a range of sizes.

All our masks are made from sustainable Albesia wood.

All prices are agreed directly with the producers and are reviewed on an ongoing basis, taking into account fluctuations in the cost of raw materials and local economic conditions. 

All of our products are handmade and hand-painted by our artisans. 

We are also very committed to good environmental practice. We are aware that our actions now have a direct impact on future generations and so we continuously strive to ensure we are doing all we can to be environmentally sound.

The majority of our products are made using Albesia and Jempinis wood. Both species grow fast and can be ready for use in small carvings in around four years. Many of our suppliers use wood grown on their own land.

Wherever possible, we try to ship as many of our orders using just recycled cardboard packaging. The air-fill we use for our fragile items is 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly too.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. (Please note during exceptionally busy times this may increase to 3-5 working days - we apologise for this but due to the nature of our products it can take longer to carefully pack each item.)

UK MAINLAND (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCILLY ISLES AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS):

Orders up to £49.99: Delivery is charged at £4.95 and dispatched on a Tracked 48 Royal Mail service. This service should take 2-3 days. Please be aware that during exceptionally busy times (such as Christmas) this may take longer than usual. My Family House are not responsible for any delays that are incurred as a result of our couriers.

Orders over £50: Delivery is FREE! All orders over £50 are dispatched on a DHL Next Working Day service.*

We also offer an express shipping service, that is available at checkout. All orders placed Monday - Thursday will be dispatched on the next working day a DHL Next Working Day service. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday for next day delivery.

*Shipping discount is calculated on the final cart value. Any discounts applied will not count towards cart value.

Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. To report any damages or errors please contact us with photos within 3 days of receipt of your order. Any returns must be dispatched back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Any items received back after this time may not be eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation please let us know within 1 hour of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is as a result of an error on our behalf or a damaged item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
